I've spent over 30 years working and climbing the corporate ladder in several Hi-Tech Fortune 300 companies as a Global Human Resources Leader. I have been a global leader in Business Group Human Resources, HR Legal, Corporate Talent Programs, Global College, Marketing and Channels and led HR Operations teams around the world. I’ve had the opportunity to lead both operational and strategic teams and had the pleasure of presenting at worldwide conferences and representing my company’s interest at the World Economic Forum in Brussels regarding EU mobile borders.
I've led award winning learning and development programs which resulted in a 2019 Gartner Power of the Professional Talent Payback of the year award for the development of data analytics capability in supply chain employees and 2 (2020, 2021) Gartner Power of the Professional Talent Payback of the Year finalist submissions for innovation, technology and adaptability to increase employee capability and for the development of a diverse and inclusive work environment.
I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from Juniata College and a Masters of Science in Personnel Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an ICF Professional Coach Certified (PCC). As a member of Intel’s Executive Coaching team, I was a recipient of the 2022 ICF PRISM award for coaching excellence.
